Paragon is owned and operated by veterans and boasts a leadership team made up of veterans as well as career security professionals with a vast array of experience.

Our founder and president is a Marine veteran who served as a CI/HUMINT Specialist before entering the private security field and our management and supervisory team includes veterans with experience in special operations, signals intelligence, psychological operations and others that have given us a good foundation for work in private security.

Along with the experience garnered in service to our country, our managers and supervisors have provided security for several high profile clients including professional athletes and sports teams, politicians, popular bands and musical artists, actors, film crews and much more.
